Algemene voorwaarden tekenwedstrijd

Als je meedoet aan onze tekenwedstrijd ga je akkoord met deze actievoorwaarden. Hieronder lees je de voorwaarden en kom je erachter hoe je kans maakt op leuke prijzen.

1. Deelname

1.1 • Je kunt deelnemen aan de tekenwedstrijd als je in een van de volgende plaatsen woont: Zoetermeer, Bonaire, Saba, St. Eustatius en Coronie te Suriname

1.2 • Deelnemers kunnen meedoen in de voor hun geldende leeftijdscategorie.

1.3 • Kinderen kunnen alleen meedoen als een wettelijke vertegenwoordiger hiervoor toestemming heeft gegeven.

1.4 • Door mee te doen aan de tekenwedstrijd, geeft de wettelijk vertegenwoordiger aan dat hij/zij instemt met de algemene voorwaarden en het privacy beleid. Gegevens van de kinderen worden alleen gebruikt om te corresponderen over de tekenwedstrijd.

1.5 • Als je persoonsgegevens niet naar waarheid zijn ingevuld, word je uitgesloten van deelname.

1.6 • Deelname aan deze tekenwedstrijd is gratis.

1.7 • Alle informatie over de tekenwedstrijd is te vinden op: www.stichtingyoe.nl

1.8 • Per kind accepteren wij één inzending. Bij meerdere inzendingen wordt één tekening meegenomen in de beoordeling.

1.9 • De actie loopt tot 1 oktober 2021 en een inzending moet uiterlijk op deze datum zijn ontvangen via e-mail door Stichting YOE.

1.10 • Voor kinderen gelden de volgende wedstrijdregels: Teken wat jouw toekomstdroom is!

1.11 • Wedstrijdregels voor de ouders luiden als volgt: Vermeld de naam van uw kind, de school, de groep, de leeftijd en uw woonplaats in de e-mail. Door het inzenden van de tekening inclusief persoonsgegevens ga je akkoord met deze algemene voorwaarden en privacy voorwaarden.

2. Prijzen en trekking

2.1 • De winnaars worden gekozen uit de inzendingen waarop naast een mooie getekende tekening ook de naam op tekening vermeld staat.

2.2 • De leeftijdscategorie is: 6 tot en met 11 jaar.

2.3 • Het YOE-tegoed is niet inwisselbaar voor geld en niet overdraagbaar. Mochten onvoorziene omstandigheden ervoor zorgen dat een prijs door omstandigheden niet kan worden gedeclareerd , dan behoudt Stichting YOE het recht om de prijs te vervangen voor een vergelijkbare prijs. Wij nemen in dat geval contact op met de prijswinnaar(s).

2.4 • De prijswinnaars worden gekozen door het bestuur van Stichting YOE.

2.5 • Over de uitslag van de tekenwedstrijd kan niet worden gecorrespondeerd.

2.6 • De winnaars worden op 5 oktober 2021 per e-mail extra op de hoogte gesteld. Wanneer de prijswinnaar binnen 14 dagen na kennisgeving geen contact opneemt behoudt Stichting YOE zich het recht om een nieuwe prijswinnaar te trekken.

2.7 • We houden de winnaars op de hoogte over de ontvangst van de prijs en de vorm waarin deze kan worden verkregen. 

3. Privacy

3.1 • Door deel te nemen aan de tekenwedstrijd geef je Stichting YOE toestemming om foto’s van de ingetekende tekenplaat te gebruiken voor publicatie. Dit geldt ook voor eventueel andere toegestuurde foto’s die samenhangen met de deelname aan deze actie. Hiervoor ontvangt de deelnemer geen restitutie of vergoeding.

3.2 • Als jouw kind behoort tot de prijswinnaars, stem je ermee in dat Stichting YOE de tekenplaat van jouw kind mag publiceren. Dit samen met de naam, gemeente en leeftijd van jouw kind.

3.3 • Als jouw kind behoort tot de prijswinnaars, stem je ermee in dat je kind deelneemt aan de hierop volgende Webinar, en geef je Stichting YOE toestemming om deze te publiceren op haar website en social media. Hiervoor ontvangt de deelnemer of aanverwanten geen restitutie of vergoeding.

3.4 • Heb jij bezwaar met artikel 3.1 en/of 3.2 en/of 3.3 van de privacy voorwaarden dan kan dit enkel voorafgaand aan deelname van deze actie schriftelijk aan Stichting YOE kenbaar gemaakt worden.

3.5 • Alle verkregen persoonsgegevens met betrekking tot de tekenwedstrijd worden niet verstrekt aan derden.

4. Aansprakelijkheid

4.1 • De actie wordt georganiseerd door Stichting YOE.

4.2 • Stichting YOE is onder geen beding aansprakelijk voor enige schade, van welke aard dan ook die voortvloeien uit deelname aan deze tekenwedstrijd.

4.3 • Aan druk of tikfouten kunnen geen rechten worden ontleend.

Terms and Conditions drawing contest

If you participate to our drawing contest, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. You can read the conditions below and find out how you’re eligible to win fun prices.

1. Participation

1.1 • You can participate to the drawing contest if you live in one of the following locations: Zoetermeer, Bonaire, Saba, Statia and Coronie in Suriname

1.2 • Contestants can participate in their applicable age category

1.3 • Children can only participate if a legal representative gives permission to do so.

1.4 • By entering the competition, the legal representative agrees to the Terms and Conditions. Information of the children will only be used for the sake of corresponding about the contest.

1.5 • If your personal details have not been entered truthfully, you will be excluded from participation.

1.6 • Participation to this contest is free.

1.7 • All information about the drawing contest can be found on the website: www.stichtingyoe.nl

1.8 • We accept one entry per child. In case of multiple submissions, only one drawing will be included in the assessment.

1.9 • The promotion runs until October 1^st, 2021 and an entry must be received by e-mail by the YOE Foundation by this date.

1.10 • The following contest rules apply to children: Draw what your future dream is!

1.11 • The following contest rules apply for the parents: Please include your child's name, school, group, age and place of residence in the email. By submitting the drawing including personal data you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Prizes

2.1 • The winners are chosen from the submissions which, in addition to a beautiful drawing, also contain the name of the person on the drawing.

2.2 • The age category is: 6 up to 11 years.

2.3 • The YOE-credit is not exchangeable for cash and not transferable. If unforeseen circumstances causes that a prize cannot be declared, then YOE Foundation reserves the right to replace the prize with a comparable price. We’ll contact the winners in that case.

2.4 • The winners are to be chosen by the board members of the YOE foundation.

2.5 • There is no correspondence regarding the outcome of the game and the awarding of prizes.

2.6 • The winners will be notified additionally by email on October 5^th, 2021. If the prize winner does not contact you within 14 days after notification, the YOE foundation reserves the right to draw a new prize winner.

2.7 • We will keep winners informed about of the prize and the form in which it can be obtained.

3. Privacy

3.1 • By participating in the drawing competition you give the YOE Foundation permission to use photos of the signed drawing plate for publication. This also applies to any other photos sent that are associated with participation in this promotion. The participant will not receive any refund or compensation for this.

3.2 • If your child is one of the prize winners, you agree that the YOE Foundation may publish your child's drawing plate. This together with the name, municipality and age of your child.

3.3 • If your child is one of the prize winners, you agree that your child will participate in the following Webinar, and you give the YOE Foundation permission to publish it on its website and social media. Participants will not receive any refund or compensation for this.

3.4 • If you have any objection to article 3.1 and / or 3.2 and / or 3.3 of the privacy conditions, this can only be made known to The YOE Foundation in writing prior to participation in this promotion.

3.5 • All personal information obtained with regard to the drawing competition will not be provided to third parties.

4. Liability

4.1 • The promotion is organized by the YOE Foundation.

4.2 • The YOE Foundation is under no circumstances liable for any damage, of whatever nature, arising from participation in this drawing competition.

4.3 • No rights can be derived from printing or typing errors.
